Overall for Act II is seemed long and tedious to read, while it wasn't really all that long, uninteresting conversations (which usually included Polonius) seemed to lengthen the second act considerably. Also we are left to wait and see what will Hamlet do or not do, to avenge his father's death, as the play continues.
